Lisa Kenny is a certified holistic health coach and yoga instructor. Through integrating healthy eating, stress management, movement and self care, Lisa helps busy moms prioritize themselves during this selfless season of their lives.
When Lisa is not helping moms she enjoys spending quality time with her husband (Paul) her sons (Nolan and Wyatt), and her two fur babies (Bentley and Lizzy), taking long nature walks, going to the gym, practicing yoga, knitting and trying new things.
Camilla Coakley
A recent transplant from San Francisco, Camilla Coakley is a licensed psychotherapist, holistic health coach and personal trainer who is bridging the gap between mental and physical health. By integrating movement, nutritional guidance, connection-to-nature, and mindfulness into her therapy sessions, Camilla helps people get unstuck. Camilla works with adults and teens who are tired of feeling terrible, who are burdened with the constant feeling of being overwhelmed and who have that depleting sense of never feeling good enough. Camilla's expertise is in therapeutically supporting people in making small, yet profound healthy changes in their lives that support & nourish both a sound mind and a sound body.
